Welcome back officer. This is the third lecture of your detective training course. Today you'll learn about the penultimate component of solving a case, determining who can be deemed absolutely innocent and under which conditions.

This puzzle is part of a series called "Lost and Found" in which modifications to the killer variant will be explored in the context of a detective training lore. You can find links for the rest of series below;


Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and 3x3 box once each.
Innocent Cages: In cages, digits do not repeat and sum to a value at least 10 away from the number given in the top-left. (Note: colors of the cages are purely cosmetic)
Region Sum Lines: Region borders divide each line into segments with equal sums in each 3x3 region.
Dynamic Fog: The grid is covered in fog and will gradually uncover as correct digits are placed. Some steps may require multiple digits to be entered at a time.
