This puzzle is a collaboration with Nell Gwyn, made for a prompt to collaborate with a setter you haven't before and choose a variant each. Left Out Killer is due to RockyRoer.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Doublers: A set of the digits 1-9 that occupies each row, column, and box has doubled value for the purposes of cages.
Left Out Killer: Digits do not repeat in cages. The number or inequality in the top left describes the sum of the integers not in the cage between the lowest and highest value in the cage.
Solution code: The doublers from top to bottom.
