Feeling Left Out this Valentine's day? (Let's face it, if you're searching for sudoku puzzles to do this time of year, you probably are!) Here's the puzzle for you.
The Rules:
- In this puzzle, normal sudoku rules apply -- so fill every row, column and box with digits 1-9.
- Cage totals are not normal sums, but ”Left Out Rules" apply to each cage. You should consider each cage as containing a set of contiguous numbers with some numbers left out. The cage total is the sum of the digits left out between the highest and lowest numbers in the cage.
- if [23945] is in a cage, the left-out-digits between 2and9 are 6, 7 and 8, which sum to 21.
- if [14] are in a cage the left-over sum is 2+3 = 5.
- if [135] are in a cage the left-over sum is 2+4 = 6.

Astounding puzzle. I admit briefly worrying that this would descend into a laborious case-checking exercise - it did not at all! Very fun :)
