Thermomates

Introduction
This is my submission to Scojo's setting prompt this week, where the goal was to make a Dutch Flatmates puzzle.
Rules
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Slow Thermos:
- Digits along thermometers must not decrease from the bulb to the tip.
- Column Indexers:
- In column 1 the digits tell what column the 1 is placed in that row. The same applies for the digits 5 and 9 in columns 5 and 9 respectively.
- Dutch Flatmates:
- Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Solution code: Row 1 from left to right (9 digits).
