What Lies Beyond the Fog

PUZZLE:
RULES:
"Normal" Schrödinger rules apply
(i.e. place the digits 0 through 9 once each in every row, column and box;
two of the digits will have to share a Schrödinger Cell;
each row, column and box contains exactly one Schrödinger Cell).
Normal Counting Circle, Dutch Whisper (orange), German Whisper (green), Killer, Kropki and X/V rules apply
(each circle counts exactly how many circles contain that digit,
other clues consider the sum total of a cell;
digits may not repeat within Killer cages;
disconnected lines within the same cell indicate two separate lines).
MODIFIERS:
• Fog-of-War: The grid is partially covered in fog; placing correct digits in non-Schrödinger cells will clear the fog from the surrounding area.
• Two Truths and a Lie: Each of the above standard clue types occurs exactly three times in the grid; for each, exactly two of the appearances of that clue are correct and the other is incorrect.
INTRODUCTION:
This is my first Fog-of-War puzzle and so I thought to myself, "let's also make this a Schrödinger and a Liar puzzle at the same time" (because why not?).

What a great very confusing puzzle. Had to really think about a rules and with a few of the rules had to keep reminding myself which were fake.

Wow -- I loved this! This combination of rules and the clever design led to some of the most original challenges I've come across. I will admit I made a couple of mistakes along the way, but the fog helps to keep one from going to far off track. I advise solvers to think very carefully about the implications of the rules before placing digits.

Incredible how this is your first fog puzzle. Every reveal felt so deliberate and the puzzle had some very hilarious moments mixed with fresh and unexpected logic from the 2T1L concept. Thanks for constructing and sharing.
