Kyudoku Series #2 - No Touch 9x9

After the Introduction to this puzzle type, I will try to keep making kyudokus, I'll try to make it challenging, hope you enjoy it!
-Every row and column must sum to 9 or less
-Each digit from 1 to 9 must appear exactly once in the finish solution
-The circled number must appear in the finish solution
-Digits in the finish solution cannot be touching each other (diagonally or orthogonally)
You have to remove the digits in a way that the rules are fulfilled

@glum_hippo it's kinda hard to create one with a nice and really challenging solution path, maybe in the future I'll be able to construct one with 4 stars difficulty, we'll see
