Cells a king's move apart cannot contain the same digit.
Kropki Dots
White dot: consecutive digits. Black dot: 1:2 ratio. All white dots given. 		Little Killer
Digits along indicated diagonals sum to the outside clue. Digits may repeat on diagonals if allowed by the grid.

Great puzzle! One of the hardest parts is to discover how to approach this, including finding a proper way for notation. That took me quite some time and after a difficult break-in, the puzzle became really smooth with a lovely final disambiguation. Thanks.

I just realised that I never used the antiking rule, so the puzzle may have been easier than I made it.
