It appears that the 7s and 9s can be swapped making the solution not unique

Look at the first row again after swapping the 7s with 9s ;)

Nice little puzzle, colouring puzzles are my weakness so solving this is like an achievement :D

Oh man, I made it harder for myself because I didn't even notice the kropki constraint. Only realised it at the very end
