Rose Puzzle 13 Minimums and Maximums

This is the 13th puzzle designed by my 8y.o. daughter Rose. We hope you enjoy it. Kind words for a young setter are always appreciated.
Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 - 6 once in every row, column and box.
Maximums: Numbers in grey cells with arrows pointing outwards are greater than all orthogonally adjacent cells.
Minimum: Numbers in grey cells with arrows pointing inwards are smaller than all orthogonally adjacent cells.
Solve Online : Solution Check is enabled

Very nice snack, still had to think, good combination.
My eyes tended to get the min/max boxes confused because the symbols are so flat. Perhaps color-coding the background so that all maximums are a hot color (orange?) and the minimums a cool color (blue?) would make them easier to distinguish.
