Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Dutch Flat Mates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Snug Between Lines: Digits on a line between two circles must have values between the digits in the circles. Each circle digit must be consecutive with at least one digit on the line.
For example, (2)-7-3-5-(8) is a valid fill for a Snug Between Line.

I spent like over 10 minutes staring at the grid without any useful deduction, just to then remember that the between line variation applies to every circle digit and then finally I could gradually progress...
Still, very interesting puzzle that utilizes DFM pretty well here x)
