Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This is the second puzzle in a series exploring lines that act as both Dutch Whispers and region sum lines. Based on previous feedback, the difficulty is likely somewhere between 3 and 4 stars, so I'm listing it as 4 for now. The first puzzle in the series (which should serve as an easier introduction to this constraint combination) can be found here.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

All lines act as both Dutch Whispers lines and region sum lines.

Consecutive digits along Dutch Whispers lines must differ by at least 4.

Digits along a region sum line must add to the same total in each region the line enters.
