Sunshine Arrows

Normal sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1–9 once each in every row, column and 3×3 box.
Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow if allowed by other rules.
Digits in cells joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (i.e. one digit will be double the other). Not all possible black dots are given.
