Geeky Ghost And The Fog

A little trick or treat for the spooky week of halloween!
Dynamic fog, modular lines, renban, killer cages, MinMax.

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage cannot repeat and sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
Renban: Digits on a thin purple line contain a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
Minimum: The digit in the cell with small arrows is smaller than any of its orthogonal neighbors.
Modular-3 Lines: Every sequence of three cells on a thick teal line must contain one digit from each of these sets: 147, 258, 369.
Dynamic fog: The grid is mostly covered in fog. Placing a correct digit will reveal its orthogonal neighboring cells, and possibly some other cells. Guessing is never required.
NOTE 1: Aside from one broken bit patched with a Renban, every Modular Line is a continuous loop.
NOTE 2: Brown lines are there for aesthetic reasons only.

I didn't use the information in note 1 and I didn't use the two cages inside the brown lines. And it still took me under 13 minutes. So I think you can probably skip those if you chose to revise it. But it is a nice smooth solve path at a consistent level of difficulty throughout, never too hard, but you do have to keep thinking about it. Nice job.
