Place a digit 1-9 in each cell. Digits do not repeat in any row, column, or region. Each region consists of orthogonally connected cells whose digits sum to N. Divide the grid into regions so that the sum of all cells without a region, if any, is less than N.
Every arrow cell belongs to a region. The digit on an arrow indicates the length of the uninterrupted run of cells immediately beyond the arrow, in the arrow's direction, that either all belong to the arrow cell's region or all do not belong to the arrow cell's region.
Digits in a cage share the same parity and region.
Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.

Really enjoyed this puzzle :) had a lot of fun layers to it which made for a great solve. took me 3 and a half hours but felt like way less because i got to use different logic at each stage of the solve. consistently interesting like any great puzzle should be!
