Two truths and a lie. Each 3x3 box has one liar.
I think the colorful version has more visual clarity, but that might not be true for a colorblind person, or for a person who uses lots of colors to solve this.

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box without repetition.
Two Truths and a Lie: Every 3x3 box has exactly one liar clue. A clue is a liar if its specific restriction is broken at least once. Each liar corresponds to a different clue type.
XV: Two digits separated by X sum to 10. Two digits separated by V sum to 5. X and V are different clue types.
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage sum to the value given in the top left corner of the cage.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's attached circle.
Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot must be in 1:2 ratio (one is double the other).
Quadruples: Digits inside a white circle must appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.
Modular-3 Lines: Every sequence of three cells on a thick teal line must contain one digit from each of these sets: 147, 258, 369.
Between Lines: Every digit on a thin line must have a value between the two values in the end circles.
Lösungscode: Column 7

Does "Each liar corresponds to a different clue type." mean that all the liar clue types are unique? And if so, are the 'x' and 'v' separate clue types or one clue type?
- Yes, each liar is unique. Only one liar arrow, one liar killer cage, etc. X and V are different clue types.

nice!! I think 4 is more accurate. 3.5-4 I would say so four seems appropriate
