The Return of Rorschach (Arrow)

When I first began setting, arrow sudoku was my favorite variant, and it's always nice to dust off those skills for a pure arrow puzzle. The title is a direct reference to a prior puzzle of mine - which can be found here - mostly as the slight symmetry breaks in both remind me of a Rorschach ink blot. Happy solving!

Arrows: Digits on arrows must sum to the digits in the circle. Digits may repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules.
