RULES

Sudoku

Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.

Arrows

The values along an arrow sum to the value in its circle. (A cell's value is its digit, unless the cell is a Mirror.)

Mirrors

Every row, column, and 3x3 box contains exactly one Tall Mirror and one Short Mirror, and no cell is both. Mirrors are left to be discovered.
A Tall Mirror's value is equal to its digit plus N.
A Short Mirror's value is equal to its digit minus N.
N is the number of the 3x3 box the Mirror is in (boxes are numbered 1-9, left to right, top to bottom).
Values can be zero or negative. Example: a 4 in box 5 has value 9 as a Tall Mirror or value -1 as a Short Mirror.

Reflections

A Tall Mirror's digit indexes the Short Mirror in its column.
A Short Mirror's digit indexes the Tall Mirror in its row.
Example: a Tall Mirror in column 3 containing a 7 means that the Short Mirror in column 3 is in row 7.
