Passing the Sum

Passing the Sum is a variant Sudoku using Region Sum Lines and Kropki dots.
Sudoku:
Place the digits 1–9 in every row, column, and 3×3 box, with no repeats.
Region Sum Lines:
For each blue line, the digits on the line must have the same sum within every 3×3 box that the line passes through.
Kropki Dots:
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
Not all possible Kropki dots are necessarily given.
