Fog of war sudoku. Mixed rules. Link to puzzle.

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Fog opens differently as correct particular numbers are placed.
Cells of the same colour are the same value.
Cages are Psycho look-and-say cages. (see video on these if confused) Rules are as follows.
Numbers in the top corner of the cages are look-and-say values telling how many of these numbers are in the pointed cells. For e.g. 38 ( 3 8's) would mean 3 of the cells in the cage point to an 8.
Numbers in cages point to a 3x3 box number....so a number 5 would point to box number 5, number 8 points to box number 8.
Go to that box number and find the same position as the number in the cage. This is where the look-and-say numbers must be.

Fun rule set. I understood the rule especially with the video explanation. But I still kept getting my head twisted into knots and making mistakes. So 1.5*. But I would definitely do more of these.

12 minutes, dead easy having solved #37 but I think this is probably a better introduction. I like this rule.
