The second half of my birthday set for sujoyku - I couldn't go without killer cages for him!

Rules:

- Normal Sudoku rules apply.

- Killer Cages - digits inside a killer cage are distinct and add up the the sum in the top left corner of the cage.

- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a 2:1 ratio. No negative constraint.

- Extra Region - the nine gray squares in the puzzle form an additional region where each of the digits 1-9 can only appear once.

- V sums - digits separated by V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
