Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the bulb. Digits may repeat on an arrow if allowed by other rules.
-Digits on an gold line cannot repeat, and cannot contain any two digits that are consecutive.
-Adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
