This puzzle is a standard killer + arrow sudoku. I think this puzzle is between 2-3 stars, so I'd put it 2 stars. Enjoy!
FUN FACT: There are 7 arrows and 7 cages in this puzzle.
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits in cages must sum to the total in the top left corner.
3. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit on that arrow's circle.

Amazing setting! I loved how the cages and arrows interacted, and I felt like each step smoothly led to the next deduction!

Was able to finish in a 1* time range but that's only because the setting was so flawless. Flowed perfectly. Such impressive setting. BRavo!
