Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
All lines are both Dutch Whispers lines and entropic lines.
Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits on a line must have a difference of at least 4.
Entropic Lines: Any set of three sequential cells along a line must contain a low digit (123), a middle digit (456), and a high digit (789).
