A Delicate Balance is a variant Sudoku using See-Saw Lines.
Sudoku:
Place the digits 1–9 in every row, column, and 3×3 box, with no repeats.
See-Saw Lines:
Along each orange line, the sums of adjacent pairs alternate between being less than 10 and greater than 10.
For example, a line may alternate <10, >10, <10, >10, or the reverse.
No adjacent pair on a See-Saw Line may sum to exactly 10.

Solution code is still wrong (enter row 5, not 6).
Interesting constraint that I hadn't used before. Nice puzzle.

Thanks lootyloot, I would suggest adding not equal to 10, even though it is technically unnecessary.
