Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This puzzle was created for Scojo's 3rd annual imposter event, where I attempted to imitate my own style. The challenger (who ultimately got the vote) was Piatato, who created the excellent puzzle Slingshot Whisper Yin Yang.

Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop may not touch itself, not even diagonally.

The loop acts as a German Whispers line (i.e., adjacent digits on the loop must have a difference of at least 5).

Digit in cells with arrows count how many loop cells are in the indicated direction (not including the cell itself).
