(written top-to-bottom in vertical cages, left-to-right in horizontal cages).
The primes from 1 to 100 are 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47, 53, 59, 61, 67, 71, 73, 79, 83, 89, and 97. You'll need to do a bit of math here and there, but there is a solve path that never needs to do anything too ugly.

Should be fixed everywhere now. Terribly sorry again for the mistake, it's the first puzzle I've tried setting and I'm not familiar enough with the tools yet :/ Hopefully I haven't wasted much of your time on this. Also, I really appreciate all the comments being kind and helpful <3

R1C1 is not a prime in the intended solution.
Everything else is ok.

Could you check the upper-left corner? It seems the cage in it isn't marked properly.
