Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Dutch Flatmates: every 5 in the grid must have either a 1 above or a 9 below or both.
Lockout Lines: digits on the line are outside of the range of the digits in the connected diamonds. Digits in diamonds on a line need to have a difference of at least 4.
Maximum/Minimum: The inequality signs on gray cells point to the lower digit.
