I've been tinkering with this idea for a while now, and I think I'm finally relatively happy with it. It's trickier than my previous two puzzles, but it shouldn't require any crazy bifurcation or pencil-marking. As always, have fun! :)

Rules:

  • Normal sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1-9 once in each row, column, and box.
  • Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle.
  • Cages: All cages sum to the same total, which is to be determined by the solver.
  • Modular Lines: Every set of 4 consecutive digits along a teal line must have different remainders when divided by 4.
  • Parity Line: Additionally, the top line (in boxes 1, 2, and 3) is also a parity line, where any pair of consecutive digits must contain an odd digit and an even digit.
  • Counting Circles: If a digit n appears in a circle (including those attached to arrows), then it must appear in exactly n circles in the grid.

Thanks for sharing this delightful puzzle, aleksav! I loved how the logic escalated between the different constraint types over the course of the solve, with my favourite bit being the colouring at the end.

Great puzzle! Very nice break-in, lovely deductions to find the digits in the circles. The modular lines worked great too. Great setting and big fun, thanks!
