Killer cages: Digits inside cages do not repeat and sum to the number in the top left corner of every cage.

RSKC:
Blue cages act as region sum lines, these cages are cut into segments by box borders, and each segments of a cage have the same value.

GWKC:
Green cages act as German whispers, orthogonally connected cells inside green cages must have a difference of at least 5.

EKC:
Beige cages act as entropic lines, any group of 3 orthogonally connected cells in a beige cage must have a digit from 123, 456 and 789.

3MKC:
Purple cages act as 3-modular lines, any group of 3 orthogonally connected cells in a purple cage must have a digit from all 3 mods (147, 258 and 369).

Additional lines have been given to show which cage is which.

One cell is covered in fog, finding the correct digits before it will lift the fog.
