This was my entry for turn 4 of season 2 of The Skunkworks League, hosted by damasosos92. In this round, the prompt was to create a puzzle that only used arrows as clues.
Rules:
Yin Yang: Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected, all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected, and no 2x2 area is fully shaded or fully unshaded.
Fillmat: Divide the grid into regions, each a one-cell-wide straight line of 1-4 orthogonally adjacent cells. Two regions of the same size may not share an edge. Region borders may not form any four-way intersections.
Every Fillmat region is either entirely shaded or entirely unshaded.
A cell with an arrow indicates there are exactly N shaded Fillmat regions in the indicated direction, where N is the size of the region that cell is in. If an arrow sees multiple cells of the same region, that region is only counted once. The arrow does not count the cell itself if shaded, but will count if it sees other shaded cells in its region. A region can have any number of arrow clues.
Lösungscode: Column 7 shading: S for shaded, U for unshaded, and a hyphen where there's an internal fillmat border (e.g., S-S-UU-SSS-S-U)
