Place DIGITs 1-9 once in each row, column, and 3x3 box.
The POWER of a cell is equal to the value obtained by taking the DIGITs in the cells along the upward-right diagonal starting from this cell, and interpreting them as a power tower evaluated from upper right to lower left.
The VALUE of a cell is its POWER modulo 10 (i.e. its units digit in decimal notation).
Formally, let (r,c) denote the cell at the r-th row from top to bottom and c-th column from left to right, both 1-indexed.
If r=1 or c=9, POWER(r,c) = DIGIT(r,c). Otherwise, POWER(r,c) = DIGIT(r,c) ^ POWER(r-1,c+1).
Then, VALUE(r,c) = POWER(r,c) mod 10.
For example, if the DIGITs in box 1 are 1-9 in order, then VALUE(3,1) = 7^(5^3) mod 10 = 7^125 mod 10 = 7
VALUEs in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
VALUEs in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
