About:
This puzzle was created for
Scojo's 3rd annual
Secret Impostor event.
This was my attempt to impersonate
SennyK.
I was nspired by this SennyK puzzle:
It's a Six out of Seven
SennyK successfully defended his identity with this puzzle:
Erica 53
Rules:
- Chaos Construction:
Divide the grid into nine orthogonally connected nine-cell regions.
Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column, and region.
- Perimeter Clues:
A digit in a square indicates the number of Perimeter Edges
(lying on the outer ring of the grid) belonging to its region.
Each region contains a different number of Perimeter Edges.
Note that a cell in the corner of the grid contributes two edges,
while other cells on the edge of the grid each contribute one.
- Interior Clues:
A digit in a circle indicates the number of Interior Cells
(NOT lying on the outer ring of the grid) in its region.
- Cave Clues:
A digit in a diamond counts how many cells of its own region it "sees"
in the row and column combined, including itself.
Region borders and doors block vision.
All possible diamonds have been given.
Doors might or might not lie on a region border.

Incredible puzzle. Lots of stuff (logic) going on in there. Surprising finale. Enjoyed that. Thanks

Such a wonderful take on impersonating me! I love how you switched the original 'Perimeter Cells' to 'Perimeter Edges' to get the 36 total, which works very nicely with the 9x9 grid. I think you did great constructing this very hard and very impressive puzzle with such a challenging ruleset. Nicely done!
