This puzzle was made for Scojo’s Puzzle Impostor event. This was my puzzle in the style of myself, but Jobo made a puzzle even more in my style and defeated me! Well done!

Rules

Standard sudoku rules apply.
Counting circles: A digit in a circle counts the number of circles containing that digit.
Dominion: Shade some 2x1 rectangles (dominos). Shaded dominos may not touch along an edge. Every circle is unshaded. Each connected unshaded region must contain all circled instances of exactly one value of circled digit. Each shaded domino must touch at least two different unshaded regions.
Projected sums: A clue outside the grid contains the sum of all shaded cells in that row or column. Not all outside clues are given.
