Schrödinger's Duplication Machine

Found amongst Schrödinger's files, this appears to be a diagram for some sort of prototype cat duplicator to provide an endless supply of cats to put in boxes.
Rules: Put the digits 0 to 9 once each into every row, column and box.
Schrödinger Cells: One cell in every row, column and box is a Schrödinger cell that contains two digits. This cell's value counts as the sum of its digits for the following rules.
Doublers: One cell in every row, column and box is a doubler. This cell counts as twice its value for the following rules. Each of the digits 0 to 9 appears exactly once in the set of doubler cells.
Arrows: Values along an arrow sum to the value in that arrow's circle.
Cages: Values in a cage sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat in a cage, but values may.

Lösungscode: Row four, left to right (10 digits). For the Schrödinger cell list the smaller digit first.

This was such a lovely puzzle. It was a pretty difficult solve for me, which I have been slowly chipping away at every now and then since it was posted. It is not often a four+ star is intriguing enough for me to keep wanting to come back to it and work on it for 10-20 minutes at a time, which I feel is a huge testament to the wonderful construction of the flow of the puzzle!
