      This was the real Andrewsarchus puzzle.

Rules:

• Normal Sudoku rules apply.


• Swappy Cats:
  One cell in each row, column, and box is a Swappy Cat cell.
  A Swappy Cat cells swaps its value with the cell rotationally opposite from it in the grid.
These two cells cannot have the same digit.
  The Swappy Cat cell's value is the digit in the rotationally opposite cell, and the value of the rotationally opposite cell is the digit in the Swappy Cat cell.
  DIGITs cannot repeat within the nine Swappy Cat cells, but VALUEs may.


• Circles:
  Circled VALUEs count the number of Swappy Cat cells in the up to eight surrounding cells. All possible Circles are given.


• Region Sum Lines:
  Box borders divide region sum lines into segments with equal sums of VALUEs. Segments on different lines may have different sums.
