Special Thanks
This week's inspiration is last week's DFM guest setter
Richard,
with yet another lovely entry in his Sudoku Variants Series:
Episode 475!
I promise it's not as daunting a constraint as it may first sound, and it's very cool!

Hint to start
The 5 clue is fully forced on its own (don't make 5 sad!). In some clues the total
outside is far easier to deduce than the sum itself. The digit 9 has a wonderful
property if it is included in the sum!
Visual Example:
From the left, the visible buildings are 4, 7, 9
Therefore N here is 3
The first 3 digits are 4, 3, 7
The valid clue would be 14 (4 + 3 + 7 = 14)
From the right, the visible buildings are 8, 9
Therefore N here is 2
The first 2 digits are 8, 1
The valid clue would be 9 ( 8 + 1 = 9 )
Lösungscode:Row 4 digits
