Region-sum Killer cages

Normal sudoku rules apply.
(Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and 3x3 box)
RSKC:
Digits inside blue cages must sum to the total given in the top left corner of every cage.
Every cage is cut into sections by region borders, each sections of a cage have the same sum.
Digits cannot repeat inside cages.
This is the first puzzle of a series of 9 puzzles, all related to Killer cages.
