Rules

• Isofill: Divide the grid into 10 regions, each with 10 orthogonally connected cells. Every cell in a region must contain the same digit. All of the digits 0-9 must appear in the grid.


• Full Rank: Rows and Columns form one (a leading 0 will be ignored) to ten digit numbers read from the direction of a clue just outside the grid. These numbers are ranked from 1 to 40 in an ascending order. There are no ties in ranks.


• A ? can be any digit from 0-9. A leading ? CAN be 0.
