Normal sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and box must be filled with the digits 1-9 exactly once. Digits in columns 1, 5, and 9 determine the positions of digits 1, 5, and 9 in each of their respective rows (ie. if R2C1 is a 7, then R2C7 is a 1). Cells joined by a black dot are in a ratio of 1:2, all black dots are given. Cells joined by a white dot have a difference of 1, not all white dots are given. The numbered arrow outside the grid indicates the sum of the digits in the corresponding direction.

Your posted solution does not work with the negative constraint on black dots! Easy to miss.

Great little puzzle!
Edit: I need to learn to read more closely! Saw the 'not all (white) dots are given' and missed the negative constraint on black!
