Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

A digit placed in a circle states how many counting circles in the entire grid contain that digit.

However, some circles are actually the bulbs of arrows, where the digits along the arrow must sum to the digit in its bulb. Arrows must be drawn by the solver starting from their bulb moving orthogonally (not diagonally) between cells and must be exactly 2 cells long.

Digits in arrow bulbs DO NOT count towards the counting-circle tallies. Arrows may not share cells with other arrows or counting circles.

Digits separated by a white kropki dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a yellow nabner dot are NOT consecutive. No arrow may pass through a dot.
