Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Any sequence of three adjacent digits along a line must contain three digits with different remainders when divided by three; i.e. one from (1, 4, 7), one from (2, 5, 8), and one from (3, 6, 9)
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Using red, green, and blue, color all circles such that:
-Orthogonally adjacent circles are different colors.
-A digit, N, inside a circle appears N times in circles of that color.

Great puzzle! Required a lot of thinking before filling in any digits, and continued to be interesting and tricky even in later stages. I would not call it approachable though :)

Excellent puzzle! Way more approachable than other installments with the colored circles rule. Sublime finish. Thanks!
