Place a digit from 1-7 on each brick-half so that no digit repeats in a row or column, and no two bricks have the same set of digits.

A digit N on Kilroy's nose must be seen in the cell N steps away from his head, in the direction he is looking. (Example: if r1c3 is 3, then r3c6 is also 3).
