Yellow German Whispers:
Digits in two cells connected by a yellow German Whisper line must differ by at least 5.
Row 7:
A marked cell in Row 7 indicates the row in which the digit 7 appears in that column.

"Marked cell" is confusing because all of the cells in that row are marked. :: A digit in row 7 indicates the row in which 7 appears in that column.

Nice puzzle! Please note that there is no justification for an 18 digit solution code. Some solvers will take that into account when they rate the puzzle.

Very nice puzzle. The row 7 rule reads very confusing for someone not clear on such rules: the digits in the marked cells in row 7 indicate the position of the 7 in each corresponding column
