This puzzle is the 30th entry in the Zodiac Series.
Normal sudoku rules apply. Each color of line obeys a different additional rule. Listed from the top of the wreath and travelling clockwise, they are as follows:
| — | Entropic (orange): Three adjacent digits along the line must contain one low digit (123), one medium digit (456), and one high digit (789). |
| — | Up/Down (yellow): Digits must be either lower or higher than all of their immediate neighbors along the line. |
| — | Same Parity (brown): Digits along the line are either all even or all odd. |
| — | German Whisper (green): Adjacent digits along the line must have a difference of at least 5. |
| — | Renban (pink): The line contains a consecutive set of digits, not necessarily in order. |
| — | Region Sum (blue): Within each box the line passes through, the sum of the digits along the line is the same. |
| — | Ten Line (red): The line may be divided into contiguous group of digits which each sum to 10. |
| — | Alternating Parity (purple): Digits along the line must alternate between even and odd. |
The digits on the octagons form a complete set of the digits 1-9.
