Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-6 once each in every row, column, and 2x3 box.
Region sum (blue) lines: box borders divide each blue line into segments. All segments on the same line have the same sum; different lines may have different sums.
Parity line: adjacent digits along a red line alternate between odd and even.
Solve in VariantDoku (iOS, macOS, Android) or on SudokuPad.
Solution code: Enter the digits of column 6.

I'm unsure what I was doing wrong, but I colored the puzzle wrong like 3 or 4 times before I actually got it right.

I agree with Macintux. Probably 2* in difficulty. Very nice puzzle.
