Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Houses:
Simon's House is in Row 5 Column 5.
All Houses (including Simon's) act as Counting Circles. If a digit, N, appears on a House, it appears exactly N times on all Houses.

Maverick's Flight Plan:
Draw a continuous loop around the grid that represents Maverick's Flight Plan.
The loop may move in any direction (orthogonally and diagonally).
The loop does not enter the same cell more than once or cross itself except over Simon's House.
Maverick loves to fly over Simon's House, and does so FOUR times during his Flight Plan. (e.g. the loop enters and leaves the middle cell 4 times).

Region borders break up the Flight Plan in segments, with each segment having the same sum.
Each time the Flight Plan enters any Region, it travels over exactly ONE House.
(Clarification: Region 5 will have four separate segments each with the same sum and each including the digit on Simon's house.

A Red X separates two digits that sum to 10 and the flight plan does NOT cross it.

A Green Arrow points to the smaller digit it sits between and the flight plan does cross it, traveling in the direction of the Arrow.
