Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply within each 9x9 grid (place the digits 1-9 once in each row, column, and 3x3 box), and all clues are standard as defined below.
Cells outside 9x9 grids do not contain digits and are ignored for the purpose of all clues (e.g. adjacent digits on a parity line must have the opposite parity even if there is one or more empty cells between them).
Cages: the sum of the digits inside each cage is equal to the small number in the top left corner (if given), and digits cannot repeat within a cage.
Arrows: the sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the connected circle, and these digits can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Thermometers: digits on thermometers increase from the bulb. Region sum lines: box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
German whispers: along green lines, digits differ from their neighbors by at least 5.
Renban lines: purple lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
Entropic lines: along peach lines, every set of three adjacent cells contains one low digit (1-3), one middle digit (4-6), and one high digit (7-9).
Parity lines: along red lines, digits alternate between odd and even.
Between lines: along lines with circles at each end, digits on the line are between the digits in the circles.
Quadruple circles: every digit inside a white circle must appear in at least one of the four cells surrounding that circle.
Digits in cells separated by a V sum to 5.
Digits in cells separated by an X sum to 10.
Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio (i.e. one is double the other).
Extra regions: each set of symbols (rose, rain cloud, and football) contain the digits 1-9 once each.
Difficulty
I'm setting the initial difficulty at 5* because of the sheer size of the puzzle, but most of the individual grids should be in the 1* or 2* range (some may border on 3*).

I also have trouble previewing the puzzle in SudokuPad. I can zoom in but can’t scroll. Furthermore, the PNG and PDF files aren’t helpful either. Zooming in beyond 400% makes them unreadable.

Hi, can you give me more information about what happens when you try to open the files? They're both high-resolution, and they seem to be working fine for me.

You’re right, it’s in high resolution. However, it doesn’t work perfectly in the browser so anyone wanting the PDF or PNG will need to download it.

Can this be solved on a Mac? I tried Safari and Edge but I am unable to zoom in and actually see anything.

I don't know exactly which systems are supported at this point. Try going to the SudokuPad settings and scrolling all the way down, under the "Experimental" heading, and making sure "Test Large Puzzle UI" is set to "On". If that still doesn't do it, then sorry, it probably won't work on your device (for now).

Amir: Enabling the Large Puzzle UI feature did fix the size, but unfortunately I am now stuck seeing 6 partial grids and cannot find a way to navigate to the other parts of the puzzle. Thanks for trying!

The mechanism for navigating to different parts of the puzzle involves right-clicking and dragging (in Windows). I'm not a Mac user, but I'm told it can be done by holding control while dragging, or possibly in other ways by changing some settings.
