What do we do when a constraint gets added as a part of the standard set of options in Sudokupad? We make a puzzle with it, of course! This was a fun way to learn about some of the common mechanics of counting circles. Hope you like it!

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits on an orange Dutch Whisper line must differ in value by at least 4.
- Counting Circles - a digit inside a circle states how many times that digit appears in a circle in the puzzle. For example, a 4 can only appear on exactly 4 circles in the grid.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.
- X pairs - digits separated by X sum to 10. No negative constraint.
