Note:
The line value and ratio rule was one I came up with for my very first puzzle. I enjoyed it so much that I was inspired to make this puzzle. If you enjoy this rule and want to try another puzzle with it, you can try it here.
Rules:
Regular sudoku rules:
Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and box
Parity Lines:
Digits along the Hollow Red Lines alternate between even and odd parity
Palindrome Line:
Digits on the Thick Grey Line read the same forward as it does backward.
German Whisper Lines:
Digits along the Thin Green Lines must differ by at least 5. The German Whisper line visible from the start overlaps with exactly half of the palindrome line.
Line Values and Ratios:
Every Parity Line and German Whisper Line have a value found by concatenating the digits along the line. The starting cell for each line has a symbol in the cells upper left corner. Each Parity Line has a corresponding German Whisper Line, and visa versa. The paired lines have a matching pair of unique symbols, for example, only two lines have a black square ◼️. The values of paired lines have a ratio of 1:2.
Black Kropki Dots:
Black dots separate digits that have a ratio of 1:2. All Black dots have been given.
Dynamic Fog:
Fog will revealed along a set path as digits are placed.
Line Value and Ratio Example:
Below is an example of the line value and ratio rule. The digits along the peach line, starting at the cell with the black square in the corner, are [3,8,4,3,8]. If you concatenate these numbers you get a value of 38,438. The digits along the teal line, starting in the cell with the matching symbol, are [1,9,2,1,9]. Concatenating these numbers gives the teal line a value of 19,219. If you multiple the value of the teal line by two, you get 38,438, which is the same value of the peach line. This means the value of the two lines have a ratio of 1:2
Lösungscode: First three digits of column 4 (r1c4, r2c4, and r3c4)

Fun idea, and once you get the hang of it, it's not that hard.

This page says German whisper line, but the Sudokupad link describes it as a Dutch whisper line (i.e., says differ by at least 4). Which page is correct?
Merdock: There are two links, the top uses German Whisper Lines and the bottom uses Dutch. The puzzle can be solved using Dutch, but I think the starting difficulty borders on frustrating. I recommend using German.
I double checked and the links do appropriately say German and Dutch relative to the links I set up, but it looks like the German one does say "differ by at least 4". I'll update the puzzle to fix that. Thank you for letting me know there was a problem
