Killer on Primetime (Prime Sweeper, Killer)

This is another older one that didn't make it to publication yet. It's a primesweeper variant, not too tricky I think. Please enjoy.
The Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Prime sweeper: digits inside a blue circle count the number of prime digits in the 3x3 cells surrounding the circle, including itself.
- Killer cages: digits in a cage must sum to the total given it its top left corner. Digits may not repeat in a cage.
